Office staff doesn't know what they're doing. Can't speak about the medical staff as I never saw them. Don't have new insurance cards yet as it's the 2nd of January and they haven't been mailed yet. Brought extensive proof of insurance that was sufficient for prior appontments the same day. Front desk would not accept it saying it wasn't "sufficient" (??) and I had to show proof of cards. Then called after I left saying I could pay upfront costs and "maybe" my insurance would send me a check to reimburse. I usually dont care... read more
The worst !! Set an appointment with the Oviedo office for 6:00PM at the Lee Rd Office. Cash office visit I was told would be 75.00. Fought traffic for 2 hrs to arrive. Alicia the girl who works the front desk said no physician was available AND it would be $150.00??????????????? She was also rude! AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!
Had 3 punch biopsies a couple months ago, on my back, by Amber Blair.. Was told results weren't in when I went back 2 weeks late to have stitches removed and someone would call me with results. Waited 2 more weeks and visited the office to follow up on the reason I hadn't gotten the results. I was told they couldn't locate the lab results, that someone would look into it and call me, and that Amber Blair who did the punch biopsies was no longer with the company..Now another 2 weeks and I just called the office and voicemail ... read more
The professionalism and quality of service i have received is the very best ever. The hospitality is second to none.
