I had an appointment at 10:00 am yesterday in Florence, for a follow-up from injections, arrived 10 Minutes early, I was the first one they called to the back, at 9:55, Well to make a long story short, it was 11:00 am when I left, I sit there listening to a lot of patients coming in an Dr. Sandwell, going into there room.i thought it was first come first served. I appreciate all that Dr. Sandwell and his staff did for me with my pinched nerve back surgery and the follow up care.
I am so disappointed in the care my daughter received at Huntsville Hospital under the care of this doctor. Doctors have NO feelings or understanding of their patients needs outside of the operating room! I wish this man had been through all the trails and heartache I have endured with a special needs child. It is hard as parent to do this and a little compassion and respect would have been appreciated. A mother wants what is best for their child, sometimes it requires rules to bent.
