I was referred to Dr. Stephen Paulus via my Oncologist because I was experiencing lower back pain. 1st of all walking into OrthoArkansas, there's a person sitting to assist you if needed. I needed. This was my first time visiting OrthoArkansas and I didn't know where I was going. I believe he is a very competent doctor and very good at what he does. However, I don't feel like he listened to me at all when I was giving him a list of my symptoms and how they affected me. I explained to him that the pain radiated all the way down my leg and I cannot fully bend my leg. I asked him if he could write me a note for DHS because I haven't worked since December due to surgeries and the problem I was having. He asked what I did.
