I believe he is a very competent doctor and very good at what he does. However, I don't feel like he listened to me at all when I was giving him a list of my symptoms and how they affected me. I explained to him that the pain radiated all the way down my leg and I cannot fully bend my leg. I asked him if he could write me a note for DHS because I haven't worked since December due to surgeries and the problem I was having. He asked what I did. My experience with OrthoArkansas has been good, effective care. Scheduling and communication is good. I recently had an appointment with Stephen Paulus. He was very clear with the condition of my lower back, developed a good path forward with therapy and MRI to get a more detailed look. I am confident the care going forward will relieve pain and help me gain strength and mobility.

Dr.Paulas did my intercept procedure on my lower back and it was a success. I have had everything else tried on me that either didn’t work or didn’t last long. I researched the doctors that did this procedure here in Arkansas and close by states and I was told he has the best hands and very good success rates. Finally there is hope for lower back pain when surgery is not an option.
