Dismissive and condescending when explaining my eye symptoms. Told me I have blepharitis, but at the same time told me it was just “winter” even though my blepharitis developed in summer. A month after using a prescription had shown great improvement on my eyes he refused to refill it, then claimed he never told me I had blepharitis. I don’t know if I was gaslit or if it’s the dementia(elderly). I have been going to Dr. Kraft for several years now. He is the one that discovered that I have an eye disease. His secretary/office staff are wonderful and you can tell they really care about you. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants good eye care.
