These people are so RUDE!!! I should had listened to the other reviews!! The nurse, who never introduced herself to me, (long black hair), took a attitude with me as soon as she took me back. Even slammed the door when she left out. Now the Dr. Ertz shouldn't even have a medical license!! Very RUDE, said he couldn't help me. Wouldn't listen to my problems until i got up and started to leave, then he's like hold on. Too late you can't help me I've wasted my time. Dr. Ertz is the best foot doctor in Shreveport/Bossier. He has treated me, my husband, and my son for many years. He knows what he's doing; and just as important, he cares about his patients more than he cares about $. His office staff and his nurses are skilled, friendly, and helpful. So, if you're looking for a good Podiatrist, there's no one better than Dr. Ertz!
I called this morning they got me in today. They were very helpful and polite. Thanks so much for taking care of my foot and ankle. The office visit didn't take long to complete at all.
