My visit was very satisfying. Dr. Duplechain and his staff listened to my concerns about what was going on with. He was also allowed me to ask as many questions I had and explained it to me so I could understand what he was saying!
Always prompt and very thorough. Dr. Duplechain is always caring and takes his time with you.
Dr. Duplechain is so caring and concerned about my health. He takes his time and makes sure he’s answered every question. He’s also got a great sense of humor.
After taking a test for issues I was having, I had an follow-up appointment. The doctor thoroughly followed through with test results. He patiently listened to my medical problem and prescribed medication. I feel a lot better and referred my sister to the Digestive Health Center.
I have suffered with GI issues for multiple years. I finally made it around to going to a GI specialist to get some possible tests run and a diagnosis. I had heard that Dr. Duplechain was a great doctor and truly wanted to help patients. They were 100% WRONG. Instead of helping me with my issue, he chose to mentally evaluate me instead of focusing on my GI issues and asked me if I was “high strung”. I was very pleased with the office and staff. From the first call to the office to schedule, to the actual procedure itself, their staff was professional and everything went smoothly. I was impressed with the call before the appointment and the next day to check on me. I will definitely recommend Dr. Duplechain and the Digestive Health Center to anyone in need of those services.
