Dr. Dubin is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns and cares about your health. When I started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), he was thorough and helped me consider all the risks of long-term TRT treatment.
No one ever answers the phone. I was behind on my medication for two weeks and received no apology. Now again, been trying to contact them for a couple more weeks for my breathing medication. No answers. They will change your doctor's appointments and when you show up, say that you missed it. They won't call you for you're telehealth appointments. it's a shame that the staff is giving this doctor a bad name. I am sick and tired of playing phone tag to never get a call back. Their phones are automatically set to busy.
Dr. Dubin is the ultimate professional with a staff of nurses that are second to none. My personal PCP for over 6 years. Nice clean and comfortable office. Convenient location on Rainbow Blvd.
Super disappointed. If been seeing Dr dubin for years. I called 2 weeks ago in July they said he was booked up. The issue had passed so I didn't call. I called today and now he's retired. Idk why they couldn't have mentioned this the last time so that I could have time to find a new obgyn/ primary. The receptionist is so ruuuude
