My daughter had an appointment today in the afternoon. We arrived on time, in fact a few minutes early. About 15 minutes later, one of the techs called her in for her pre screening. After that we ended up waiting over 40 minutes and she still did not see the eye doctor. Turns out that there were a couple of "urgent" cases that came in and no one at the desk informed my daughter that there would be a significant delay. No one kept us updated.
