I feel very fortunate to have been referred to Dr. Anesi for what started out as a torn retina. Ultimately, my diagnosis became uveitis which necessitated immunosuppressant treatment. MERSI WAS RECOMMENDED TO ME BY A FORMER PATIENT THAT RAVED ABOUT HER EXPERIENCE WITH THIS INSTITUTION. I WAS EXTREMELY IMPRESSED. THE FIRST TIME I CALLED, I WAS ABLE TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT EASILY FOR TWO CATARACT SURGERIES WITH DR. STEPHEN ANESI. DR. ANESI MADE ME FEEL COMFORTABLE MY FIRST VISIT. HE IS VERY COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL. MY TWO SURGERIES WERE EASY AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ONE PROBLEM. I WILL BE RETURNING FOR A CHECKUP IN A YEAR. I had the unfortunate experience of developing bilateral uveitus which means i was losing sight in both eyes. My local eye dr referred me to Dr Anesi. He literally saved my eyesight. He is a straight shooter, compassionate and has so much experience and insight. I see 20/20 today and i am grateful to the doc that i still have the gift of sight!
I have been seeing Dr. Anesi for over 10 years for my Uveitis. When I was first referred, I was told to pick a Dr, call and make an appointment. I picked him based on other reviews I found online.
