Dr. Coss has been my doctor for over 10 years, and he is a fine optometrist. Previously, the staff was kind and helpful. The experience with this office since becoming associated with My Eye Doctor has been extremely disappointing. The reviews below do not reflect on Dr. Coss' expertise. They do reflect on the staff.
Unfortunately the service was poor, the glasses were not correct and unwearable, and I've spent 5 months trying to get a fix or a refund (of $400) to no avail. :(
I've spent 5 months, to no avail, trying to get a $400 refund for returned glasses (due to them being made improperly and thus unwearable.) All emails have been ignored. Phone calls have held empty promises. In over 20 years of being a patient of Dr. Coss' I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. It's very disappointing.
