In my experience, I found Dr. Cook to be arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful towards his patients. I have never met a doctor who has less care for his patients than him. My recommendation would be to avoid him at all costs. He may have the license and certifications but he doesn’t care about his patients or give them the time of day, in my direct experience with him.
