I am so happy to have found DR.Chua and I am leaving this review with exceptional gratitude regarding my experience with Dr.Chua. He has been an exceptional Doctor and attended to my every need regarding my medical situation. He is patient, listens and is extremely knowledgeable and detailed regarding advice and resolutions. His staff is wonderful as well. I would highly recommend Dr.Chua for anyone seeking a primary doctor.
Dr. Chua and the team at Stanford has been one of the best relationships/experiences I have ever had with a doctor. He is incredibly knowledgeable, patient and genuinely listens to my concerns and needs. The appointment process is well executed and it feels like both our time is valued properly. This was one of the most frustrating and disappointing healthcare experiences I’ve had as a patient. I scheduled a preventive care visit with Dr. Stephen Chua and clearly stated during the visit that I only wanted preventive care. Despite this, I was later billed as a new patient evaluation (99204), which was not what I expected or consented to.
