Highly recommended. They are an evidence-based practice. When I came into the office as a new patient, completely destroyed by SI-induced muscle spasms, Dr. Caitlin Schmitt worked wonders. I have twenty years experience with chiropractic practitioners in multiple states, and Dr. Schmitt ranks at the top of my list. Glad I found this practice.

I wanted to express my gratitude to Dr. Shirk. Today was my 15th day of moderate to severe hip ,back, neck and shoulder pain. Thank goodness I was able to see Dr. Paul Shirk, after today's adjustment I experienced immediate relief. I am now able to hold my head up without excruciating pain, tension or discomfort. I have seen Dr Caitlin Schmitt three times now. She’s perfect. On my second visit she could sense how tense and anxious I was (not about an adjustment, but family health issues) and responded by adding some reflexology, massage and reiki to my treatment. When I came out of there I was so relaxed I could have slid right into the floor! I have had some really good chiropractic experiences through the years but this one was the best. She’s a natural healer.
