i went to this dealership this am and i asked for a loan application i was directed to some women whos attitude was terrible!! i sayd good moring mayum she exclaimnes "WHAT" I ASKED HER FOR A LOAN APPLICATION SHE GAVE ME AN EMPLOYMENT APPLICATION!! I went to this dealership for service because my check engine light had come on during my commute to work, this was the closest dealership to my workplace. I usually go to A-1 in New Haven near where I live. I assumed the quality would be about the same due to the Toyota customer service way. I called and the guy on the phone asked me just to drive it down and then someone could bring me to work.
