Called in to appointment on time! Dr K discussed the in grown toenail process & I, having no?’s, approved the procedure! Dr. K cut out the offending nail & covered recovery instruction's. I Am recovering nicely & grateful for a doctor who can handle major foot issues with ease!!
Filling out information took me 45 minutes. Other than that the staff was prompt and efficient. I saw Dr Kauffman for an ankle problem. I like him very much. He didn't keep me waiting, gave a thorough examination and explained the detail of my x-ray. I would definitely refer people to him . Thank you to the staff.
Dr. Kauffman was thorough and explained all that he did so I could understand what was going on. He didn’t seem rushed and listened to what I told him. This was my first experience with him and I was impressed! I would recommend him!
