Nobody answers the phone or calls back
I have placed 5 phone calls with messages to Dr Burgun about my son’s bloodwork results from a few weeks ago. I have also informed him on these messages heart problems my son has been experiencing and still have not heard from him. I just simply needed to know how the medication should be adjust and his response to the bloodwork winding if this is the cause of rapid heart beats. Very disappointed. I will be following up with my son’s regular doctor.

I am truly disgusted with this office. This is the 2nd time my son has to go to the ER, because his insulin was not called in. Not sure what is going on with this office staff, but it is truly unacceptable. We aren’t dealing with a minor cut on a finger. We are dealing with life or death. No sense of urgency!!!
