I got a new phone and it wiped my settings for my insulin pump. I tried to use my controller but it kept freezing when I tried to install updates. The only insulin I had that I could use without a pump was expired (luckily I had something). It took multiple messages and phone calls until I got a response from another office 5 DAYS LATER! Great physician, good bedside manner.
Nobody answers the phone or calls back
I have placed 5 phone calls with messages to Dr Burgun about my son’s bloodwork results from a few weeks ago. I have also informed him on these messages heart problems my son has been experiencing and still have not heard from him. I just simply needed to know how the medication should be adjust and his response to the bloodwork winding if this is the cause of rapid heart beats. Very disappointed. I will be following up with my son’s regular doctor.
