Nothing like getting sued when you've been making payments, but one was late so they proceed to file to garnish my wages. All of this while Im going through stage 4 cancer. These people are completely unhinged.
This placed just garnished my social security out of my bank. Is it legal to garnish social security payment out of the bank?? OSCN shows that they mailed me all this stuff and I never received anything. If it wasn't for the missing money out of the bank, i wouldn't know anything was going on. I was in the hospital in February with a broken hip when they set a court date.
I'm not sure how these people sleep at night. They have been garnishing my check for three years. I thought I finally thought it was paid off as the garnishment stopped for a few weeks and to my calculations it was paid off, only for them to come back and claim I owe 200 something more. I email them and now they are telling me I owe 398. I have 5 kids at home and this has taken a financial toll on us. 10 grand plus they have taken for me for a vehicle I don't even have.
