This law firm is hard to deal with. When you pay a debt in full you should be able to get a receipt promptly not weeks. This is completely unacceptable. Once you get your money you would expect things to move quickly and professionally. Very frustrating experience I expected a much higher level of professionalism.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I do understand I have a debt I need to pay but they wiped out my whole bank account and I have 2 kids. I called hoping someone decent would answer and we would set up a payment plan and the man who answered had an attitude of, well that sucks but we dont care. I asked what the next steps are and he just said that after they take all my money, I can call back and see about payment plans or they might just take all my money again when I get paid next. Nothing like getting sued when you've been making payments, but one was late so they proceed to file to garnish my wages. All of this while Im going through stage 4 cancer. These people are completely unhinged.

This placed just garnished my social security out of my bank. Is it legal to garnish social security payment out of the bank?? OSCN shows that they mailed me all this stuff and I never received anything. If it wasn't for the missing money out of the bank, i wouldn't know anything was going on. I was in the hospital in February with a broken hip when they set a court date.
