I had initially planned to give this company a 1 star review 0 if possible. The experience was hell! I called just about literally every single day for over a month and received a different story every time! How do you come back years later and garnish something from over ten years ago? Something that is less than 1000 dollars because 1000's of dollars have been paid towards it years ago. Greedy. We aren't even in possession of what we are paying. How can it be legal to come for a debt that is 10 years old.

I forgot to make a payment and heard NOTHING from them. Then the holidays came and I completely forgot about this account. No call, no letter and they took my entire bank account as a garnishment without court papers! Is it my fault for forgetting, yes, but ZERO COMMUNICATION is 100% unprofessional.
