Before seeing Dr Riggs, all his staff was very polite and made us feel comfortable. Dr Riggs as usual was outstanding is presentation of my issue, and show concern. He went into such detail to explain all the issues and what the future held. You can tell he is a very professional and concerned individual for all his patients. Really enjoying talking and meeting Dr Riggs every time.
Dr Riggs performed surgery on 11/29 to remove my husband's kidney cancer. Dr Riggs came out of the surgery and told me that if he tried any longer he could rupture something. He chose the chemo medication for him to start on 12/2 when released. My husband died on 2/3. On 5/17, I was served with papers where DCM Collections (collects recently deceased medical bills) had already placed a $5000 lien on my house. I was never contacted by phone or mail. Dr. Riggs has been very thorough and very straightforward with his recommendations regarding my recent flareup of a previously treated prostate cancer tumor. I appreciate his candor and his willingness to listen.
