We hired Stephen to fix damage on external columns that run outside our outdoor patio. This effectively included rebuilding portions of the column, re-painting, and re-caulking these columns. We also asked Stephen to repaint a portion of our ceiling and one of our indoor closets. We have hired Stephen and his crew to do a couple of jobs now. They did a great job repairing the wood siding on our house. We also had them finish a shed with insulation, dry wall, paint, and trim. Steve in the office got back to us quickly and communicated schedule expectations clearly. When he came out to do the repairs, he found that there wasn’t actually dry rot under our sink like we thought and he said he couldn’t take our money for work that didn’t need to be done.
