This guy retired over 4 years ago! Why isn’t this website, etc… UPDATED!!! For god’s sake get with the program folks! This is 2021 and it isn’t too hard to update information is it???
I called this office today upon a referral from my pain Dr. I was trying to get an appointment. Their receptionist was VERY RUDE. When I asked for an appointment w Dr Levitt and asked if he is taking new Caresource patients, she was snotty. She said he was no longer working there. I asked if they would update info on the net and she said snottily that's caresources problem n hung up in my ear. Apparently this ad for him is bs n the new doctor at this number could care less about people who need help.
