Dr. Stephen B. Knoff has been in practice in Kirkland since 1992. He completed his surgical training at the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 1990, and graduated from the University of Detroit Dental School in 1980. After graduating from dental school, Dr. Knoff served 12 years in the U.S. Navy. Since 1996, he has been chairman of the Dental Department at the Evergreen Hospital Medical Center. He was an officer of the Washington State Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons for four years, and president of the organization from 1996-1997. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiolo

My 12 year old daughter, who has dentist/doctor anxiety, had a wisdom tooth removed. Dr Knoff was very gentle with her, the surgery was quick and she healed fast with no complications.

Dr. Knoff performed my wisdom teeth removal. He and his assistant Lordes were both the definition of utmost professionalism. The entire office staff worked to make the process as easy as possible, and to ensure I was informed on all important concerns. I highly recommend this doctor and staff to anyone who needs to have oral surgery performed.

I went to Dr. Knoff for a dental extraction and implant. His staff was very professional, knowledgable and easy to work with, as was Dr. Knoff. The office is spotless, overlooks a rural lake, and has state of the art equipment. Dr. Knoff was a joy to work with and had a very pleasant chairside manner. My son had Dr. Knoff remove all four of his wisdom teeth. The experience was very professional and went smoothly. The office staff was excellent at managing all the paperwork involved and the dental staff was great at explaining the recovery process and helping with the learning process. The procedure was well done by Dr. Knoff . He met with us before the surgery and then after to explain what he did again and to share any thoughts about the recovery process he had. His dental assistant was also very helpful with making sure we knew what to do if we had any complications. Overall, the job was very well done and the experience was very positive. I would definitely recommend Dr. Knoff and his skill to anyone needing to have dental surgery done.
