RecommendedFriday morning our 2000 Toyota started overheating when it was -15 out. Honor their "confirmed" appointment slots and don't sell a car to another party before that appointment time expires.. Drove 2 1/2 hours and they sold the car to another party knowing we had a confirmed appt and were on our way....Horrible
