Normally, i have no complaints, but came in for my 40k milr service early, everything fine, but brake pad change recommended. Sales person failed to tell me how long. Appointment at 9 30, still sitting here at 11 25, watched everyone else come and go. I get it takes time. but a heads up on how long would have been nice. Day off wasted.
Robert Nightingale is a very curtious !! And compassionate!! Sales person!! He worked hard for us !! The best Price!$ for us !! All the Staff at Stephens!! Are incredible!! Bought our other car from !! Them!! And I had no problems!!! Would Highly recommend!! Go see Robert!! And tell him!! We sent you!!!
