Fantastic real estate agent. Stephen definitely knows what he is doing and will take the time to answer all of your questions. If you are buying or selling real estate, give him a call.
Not impressed. We called the for sale sign in front of a house to ask if he could show us. His response i cant show you until you send documents that proves you have enough money to buy the house. WHAT. Who does that? Would hate to have him as my seller. The amount of disrespect in such a short encounter was enough. You know, that was fine. We had someone else show us the house since you flat out refused. Edit: not sure why the ‘owner’ states it’s a 100% false review. I would not lie about my experience.
I had many options when it came to finding a realtor. I met with some but did not feel my needs were being taken into consideration. I had specific requests that required more research and work. Stephen really cares, he listened to my concerns and took time to weed out unmatched properties and was honest about listings. I did not feel pressured or rushed. I have bought and sold all my homes through Stephen and will continue.
