Our family found Dr. Joyner and his entire staff at the Waterside office knowledgeable, expeditious, accommodating, and friendly. It is by far our office of preference when visiting Dr. Joyner. We give them our highest recommendation.
No problem with Dr Appleton himself but, I can't make an appointment to see Dr. Appleton. I have a simple follow up appointment and I'm 6 months out-- could probably be done on the phone or telemed. I waited on hold for 25 minutes. Don't use placeholder feature-- they don't call back.
