as always Dr Abramson was very professional and don't rush you though the appointment.
Quick visit. He stated a medication change and never sent script. Pharmacy called and Dr. Abramson notes that (personnel in his office read stated), patients caregiver must have misinterpreted information stated. I wrote exactly what was told to me and and repeated back to Dr. Abramson and he also stated patients pharmacy in which I stated correct. He even gave a weight range to determine when to change back to previous amount of medication to be given. Be accountable for your actions.
Spent less than 5 minutes with me. Focused diagnostic inquiry on a small subset of symptoms and brusquely dismissed my attempts to discuss my other cardiovascular concerns and overall health picture. Decided to re-run the same exact tests that were performed elsewhere several years ago, with no acknowledgement or discussion of the supporting information I had figured out about my symptoms since then.
I have been a patient of Dr. Abramson for twenty years. He has perform 35 or more cardiac angioplasty with stent placement. I have always found him to have excellent bedside manner. He always takes time to thoroughly explain everything to make sure that you know what he's talking about. I have never received care from a doctor as good as I have from Dr. Abramson. I was very disappointed with the level of care received in my opinion by this doctor on my initial two appointments with him. I disagree highly with his diagnosis in reference to some circulatory issues in my legs and found his performance cursory at best. I would definitely not recommend him.
