I found Dr Jensen and Wilmington Family Chiropractic through a Google search. I was told about "Active Release" techniques by Dr Jensen's assistant after I described my problem (Forearm / Thumb Tendinitis). After my 4th visit, the pain and discomfort were completely gone. I had nagging pain for several months which he cured in a week and a half. I had never heard of Active Release before, but would recommend going to see Dr Jensen to anyone who has similar types of issues.
