As someone who bought a house she was selling, I’d say beware of if you’d like to sell a house with her, she may frustrate buyers away. We almost did not buy the house because she lacked communication, either lied or was completely unsure about utilities being on for inspections (we had to have our inspectors come out 3 different times), and was not reliable with follow through on things needed to be done to the house to be ready for closing.
