Stephanie Way acted as a buyers agent, however she did NOT work on our behalf the buyer’s She did not give vital information up front to the seller and sellers agent, ie a home sale contingency which was expressed to her and her acting agent before any offer or lender pre- approval was presented, which after inspection cost and other expenditures cost us hundreds of dollars. Ultimately the Offer was soured.
