I can't say enough amazing things about Stephanie! I would give more stars if I was able to! She is friendly , thorough, extremely knowledgeable about Boulder. She is easy to get ahold of and was really able to help us narrow down what we were looking for. She helped us write a great offer which was accepted, and we couldn't be more thrilled! It was a great experience working with Stephanie. She was responsive through both text and email. She was helpful in answering questions of 1st time home buyers. Her knowledge of the area, as well as what to expect and what to look for while viewing homes were invaluable. I can't say enough about how impressed I was with Stephanie. She provided good recommendations for properties that she felt would fit our needs. She had the patience of a saint as we looked at houses for a little over a year, averaging about one per month. Her excellent communication made it easy to set up showings, and to get additional information about particular properties when we wanted it.
