Tiffany at Stephanie Sponder State Farm is absolutely fantastic. She’s quick, knowledgeable, and genuinely takes the time to explain options in a way that actually makes sense. Anytime I’ve needed help or had a question about my car insurance or renters insurance, she’s been on it right away. Great service, super responsive, and actually cares about her customers. Highly recommend working with this group.
I signed up with State Farm and had a great experience with Tiffany during the onboarding process. Everything was smooth and I paid in full. The one thing that was never mentioned was the Drive Safe app or the tracker that comes with the policy. I didn’t know anything about this until I received a bill for not setting it up.
