We met Stephanie about six months ago for a listing appointment along with her team member Sherry Barker, they explained all the comps and every way they market the property. In January we listed with them, twelve showings of pre approved buyers in two days and three over asking price offers! After being licensed since 1988 and just giving up my license two years ago, I must say that this was the most professional transaction I have ever been a party to. Stephanie was a delight to work with, held our hand and walked our way through every step of the process in selling our house. There were definitely some variables that made the process difficult and she helped us navigate every step of the way. She was more than just a good agent she was an amazing person to work with caring and thoughtful through the whole process.
