Awful customer service - nearly impossible to talk with a human over the phone
To whom this may concern, my name is Robert Curtis and I've had multiple surgery at UCSF medical center at Mount Zion. I love this hospital. The staff are friendly the doctors listen to you and answer all your questions. They care about you as a patient and work with you diligently. You will be in good hands at this hospital. Thank you UCSF medical center at Mount Zion.
I was in this hospital back in April. My hospital doctor was horrible and didn't know what he was doing. He prescribed so many medications for me, my regular doctor was shocked and took me off most of them. The room was dirty and the nurses were too busy talking to help patients.
currently ONLY offering visits with residents in training. scheduling staff is incredibly rude and unempathetic. I called twice and both people treated me like I was stupid. just a reminder that most people who are calling are experiencing some kind of discomfort or pain, so no need to be rude. their attitudes were even more ridiculous since I had already cross-referenced the official UCSF website for availability. apparently they don't know how to work a website, because all UCSF availability listings for Mount Zion are out... read more
