Worked with Stephanie on the purchase of a unit in a COOP on Staten Island. She leveraged her knowledge of coops (uncommon in agents on the island) to work through stumbling blocks in the COOP application and purchasing processes. She continued to work on additional issues with the purchase that arose from a unique situation with building management and building documents and we were able to work through them. Highly recommend for her specialized knowledge and persistence in a long purchase process.
