Dr. Novak is attentive, caring, and always available to answer all of our questions. She explains everything clearly and makes us feel confident about our son’s care. She treats him with great care and kindness. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Nurse Christien for her support and professionalism.
My son’s first visit with Dr. Novak went really well. She was very patient and interacted wonderfully with him. He normally cries when seeing a doctor, but with Dr. Novak he felt comfortable and did not cry at all. Her nurse is also awesome, kind and patient. She took her time to help, did not felt rushed.
I cant say enough wonderful things about Dr.Novak. She went above and beyond to advocate for my daughters referrals to get into a specilist. As well as her nurse Christien.
Dr. Novak is amazing and the only doctor i want treating my baby. She is very thorough, passionate, and patient with us and after her aggressive treatment with my babys jaundice I am forever grateful for her!
Dr. Novak is the only pediatrician my son will ever see. She's such a gem in a world of not so caring or thorough doctors nowadays, and our family is so greatful to have found her
