Approach with cation results are terrible. Mrs. Mason is unprofessional & dishonest. I signed a lease with her in 2022. I was promised a clean unit. I was given keys to a unit that failed inspection twice upon me moving in. In 2023 the ceiling started to fall in, in the living room & the unit went into abatement because she did not make repairs.
