I had a telemedicine call with Dr. Hawthorne's staff and was so impressed with the interaction. From the initial information gathering to the lengthy conversation with Bridget Tevis of her staff, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I saved a 3-hour round trip to their office and feel my issues were successfully communicated and a treatment plan put into place.
Dr. Hawthorn has been relentless in helping me to achieve remission with my Crohn’s Diagnosis as well as my Lupus Diagnosis. She went above and beyond her duty as a Provider. She would not give up on helping me until she found the right treatment which has now put me into remission for the first time ever. Thank you Dr Hawthorn. I will forever be grateful for you. Tammy.
Dr. Hawthorne has done several colposcopies on me. I have found her to be kind, professional and up to date on about latest GI treatments. I’m a nurse and would definitely recommend her
Went to see her for a serious and chronic problem. It got worse after I saw her. Couldn't get my lab results for weeks or a call back when I was getting worse. Her assistant and the office staff were no help. I went back to my general practitioner and finally got help after losing a lot of weight and in a lot of pain. Ended up seeing a specialist in the valley who has helped me tremendously with a chronic condition that is now under control.
I can’t say enough good about Dr Hawthorn. She has been mine and my son’s Doctor for many years now. We both have Crohn’s disease. Not only has she tended to my Crohn’s disease, but she faught hard to find out what my other problems were being caused from when other doctors gave up on me. As far as I’m concerned, I owe my life to Dr Hawthorn. She’s an exceptionally smart and caring Doctor that I’m proud to call my friend. I wouldn’t think twice to recommending Dr Hawthorn to a friend or family. She’s amazing!
Disappointing, frustrating and sad.
Dr. Hawthorne is great. She helped myself and my daughter. My issues have been solved thanks to Dr. Hawthorne's diagnosis. She performed procedures and had numerous tests to help, she shows compassion and concerns for me and my daughter both. Great bedside manner. My daughter only wants to see her and she travels across the country just to see Dr. Hawthorne. Highly recommended.
I have had 3 colonoscopies done over 13 years and Dr. Hawthorne has been my doctor for each one. She is very friendly and professional, I highly recommended her if you are looking for an excellent doctor in this field of expertise. She and her staff are awesome!
She found my bowel obstruction after years of flare ups. She helped me pick a surgeon and personally picked who did my anesthesia. As far as I am concerned, she saved my life!!
