Would not cooperate with other optician since I didn't like any of the frames at Lens Crafters. I'm on ODSP and now have to pay out of pocket because she wouldn't write "progressive" on my prescription. I've also been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes meaning I am allowed eye exams annually. I'll be taking mine and my daughter's business elsewhere.
Her explanations are very clear, I have always been met with friendly courteous staff over the years and will continue to be a client. Dr Leroux is personable and down to earth, and easy to talk to.
Dr Leroux is so kind and professional - truly makes the visit comfortable and answers all the questions with great explanations . I am so happy to have her as my optometrist and would highly recommend !!
Friendly people, and my entire appointment was quite pleasant and thorough. Answered any questions I had. Very good experience and very efficient too. Thank you.
