Worst pediatrician I've ever experienced. Daughter has lump in back of head but the Kong policy reigns supreme here. They refused to treat or refer my daughter because I missed one appt. I hope God gives you all what you deserve
This practice needs to be closed down ASAP! The staff is wonderful and very nice but the Doctor (KONG) and Owner (her son) are pathetic and rude. She prescribed my son medicine for epilepsy and he has asthma. When I asked for a call back I think her son or another male doctor called and was extremely rude. She deactivated/dismissed my son’s account due to rude remarks I was told(I beg to differ) Listen, I think any parent would be upset if their child received the one wrong medication from a doctor . I began taking my oldest to Zoe on Willaims Road in Columbus, GA when she was about 2 months old. She was colicky and screamed all the time. When we would have an appointment, they would make us sit in a room for over an hour while my daughter screamed the entire time before coming in to do vaccines. I pulled my oldest when she was 5 months old as I was pregnant with her sister and had miscarried her twin, I was going to southeast Georgia and taking them to a new pediatrician.
