HUGE Disappointment. I learned that when lawyers are self-employed, they are too busy to return phone calls or emails in a timely fashion. She took on more than she could handle and my case and wallet suffered for it. Stephanie came unprepared to meetings and mediation. She also did not advise me well enough or explain things in order for me to make the right decisions.
