I had a great appointment with Dr. Higgins. She really tries to get to know you and your concerns. Best of all she very clearly explains options & next steps, and gives you time to ask all of your questions. She makes you feel comfortable and heard. She also replied to a follow up message I sent her after the appointment quickly.
Dr. Higgins was very knowledgeable and shared valuable information during my appointment. She listened to everything I said and answered every question thoroughly and I didn't feel belittled or as if I was asking stupid questions. She was very caring, empathetic to my situation and compassionate.
Dr. Higgins is an incredibly patient, professional, & compassionate provider.
What a fantastic doctor!! Dr. Higgins is not only caring, emthaptic and knowledgeable. She takes the time to thoroughly review your care plan and answers any questions and addresses all concerns. She took the time to personally call and let me know of a change on an upcoming surgery. I like the natural and comfortable conversation that happens when I have appointments. I highly recommend seeing her if you need an amazing obgyn.
I would advise anyone who has a son to never go to her for your boys circumcision. Upon arrival we paid the full amount up front to have the circumcision performed. The entire time we were in the room as she "worked" there was an unease. It was obvious something wasn't correct, however instead of informing us of any issues or possible mistakes on her behalf, she stayed silent.
