Absolutely outstanding!!! Stephanie went way above and beyond normal expectations. She pointed out everything good and maybe not so good in relation to the home, but also everything related to the area (e.g. HOA impacts, neighborhood plus/minus, nearest shops, etc.) She had great contacts for home inspections, companies for repair estimates, etc. She worked very efficiently with us and the sellers representative. This was our first time selling a house and Stephanie walked us through the entire process and went above and beyond to make sure things were getting done correctly. She hired a professional photographer and even held multiple open houses. I appreciate the updates and how much effort she put in to selling our house. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I haven’t worked with her (and never will) but I watched how she handled the sale of a house. I wouldn’t let her sale a dog house on Facebook marketplace for me!
