My wife and I traveled to the Charlotte/Hickory area hoping to find a community and house we could call home. It didn’t help that we knew no one there. Excellent Work!! We recently relocated from Florida to North Carolina and had no idea of the area and Stephanie and her team were eager to help. Once we found a place and started the formal process Stephanie was there to explain everything and offer any insights. Best Real Estate Professional in Hickory. Our transition to North Carolina began with exploring real estate on Zillow. Zillow allows you to submit a question on a property, which we did. Almost immediately, we received a response from Stephanie with the answer to our query. Absolutely outstanding!!! Stephanie went way above and beyond normal expectations. She pointed out everything good and maybe not so good in relation to the home, but also everything related to the area (e.g. HOA impacts, neighborhood plus/minus, nearest shops, etc.) She had great contacts for home inspections, companies for repair estimates, etc. She worked very efficiently with us and the sellers representative.
