Dr. Stephanie Mai is a wonderful specialist and a kind person- her sensitivity toward patients is sublime! Thorough care with explanations that a child can understand- I am grateful to have Dr. Mai as my specialist!
Dr. Mai is the best GI doctor I've had in a long time. She’s incredibly patient and never makes you feel rushed, no matter how many questions you have. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand, which really helps take the stress out of appointments. On top of that, she has such a warm and kind spirit that makes you feel comfortable and cared for. It’s rare to find a doctor who’s not only so intelligent but also genuinely compassionate—she’s the best!

Dr. Mai is professional and a doctor who listens to her patients. She is very thorough, and answers questions in a way that is easy for a non medical person to understand. Medical problems can feel overwhelming and she is very kind/understanding.
