I was unfamiliar with lymphatic massage but was so happy to find Stephanie. She explained the process to me prior so I knew exactly what to expect. )I have not had great experiences with traditional massages, I find it very hard to relax when it feels like someone is forcing me to do so.) This was a gentle and relaxing experience. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, lighter and more at ease…peaceful. I highly recommend and will be back.
