Rude and condescending. They very much enjoyed making me feel terrible about doing the best I can. My cats are loved, pampered, and don't want for anything, but these people picked apart everything I was doing and more or less called me an irresponsible pet owner. If you want to be berated and talked down to, this is the place for you.

Mr. Batman, my cat, was recently bitten by “something,” and the team at Paws, Whiskers and Claws fixed him right up. Honestly, I felt better as soon as we walked in the door—the entire staff and the vets are always so caring and kind. We’ve been bringing our pets here for several years, and the consistency of their compassion and expertise is incredible. I also want to mention Ingrid, the cat groomer. I had a very disappointing experience with their client care coordinator, Dian. From the beginning, she was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When I asked for basic pricing information on food, anti inflammatory med, and a dermal gel, she told me she was “not in the place to provide it”. Instead of trying to help or offering an alternative, she placed me on hold and sounded aggravated the entire time. She even called me flippant over the phone because I had a lot of questions.
