Since Cole Group assumed management, the quality of the so-called upgrades has been disappointing. Painting existing doors rather than replacing them is a superficial approach, particularly as the paint is already deteriorating. The hallways require proper improvements, including new molding, updated design elements, and concrete enhancements. Increasing rental rates under the justification of “luxury upgrades” while delivering minimal cosmetic changes does not meet reasonable expectations for tenants
This assisted living is a beautiful place to live. Very kind, caring and compassionate staff. I am grateful to live her where all my needs a met. Thank you everyone at Stephanie Gardens
