I tried to get into this property when it was still Stephanie Gardens nearly 20 years ago. I spoke with the manager at the time and toured the property, but neither of us followed up. The property already had plenty of negative reviews and was overpriced, so I moved on. About four years ago, I contacted management again after seeing apartments advertised for rent. AVOID AVOID AVOID. Building was bought by Cole Realty Group in September and they are AWFUL. Calls, emails, and maintenance requests are ignored, the staff are condescending and rude. Building is falling apart and all they do is repaint. Beyond terrible

Since Cole Group assumed management, the quality of the so-called upgrades has been disappointing. Painting existing doors rather than replacing them is a superficial approach, particularly as the paint is already deteriorating. The hallways require proper improvements, including new molding, updated design elements, and concrete enhancements. Increasing rental rates under the justification of “luxury upgrades” while delivering minimal cosmetic changes does not meet reasonable expectations for tenants

This assisted living is a beautiful place to live. Very kind, caring and compassionate staff. I am grateful to live her where all my needs a met. Thank you everyone at Stephanie Gardens
