Stephanie was very attentive to my issues, knowledgeable and patient explaining everything to make sure this old lady understands it all. Stephanie took alot of time with me , I never felt rushed. I see previous reviews mention issues with the office staff, I agree the staff needs improvement but that doesn’t affect my opinion of Stephanie. We’re reviewing Stephanie here, not the facility, put that review on their web site.

Zero communication from the office concerning my appointment...they charged me a $50 no show fee although I had the appt saved for a different date on my calendar...zero reminders...the provider is subpar and doesn't care for her patients...better off waiting for an appointment with tgh USF GI .
Her office canceled my appt the day before I was to be seen. The appt had been scheduled a month prior. They stated my insurance wasn’t active, because they only had my previous insurance on file. Rather than contact me for updated info, they just canceled my appt and forced me to call back and reschedule another month out. Avoid this place!
