Dr. De Jesus was friendly and very patient. After I told her my skin allergy reaction, she gave me the precise solution and prescribed me the medication right away. I'm quite happy with the video appointment with her.
Had a very good teledoc appointment today with this doctor. She had a wonderful demeanor and was easy to talk to. She addressed my issues professionally and thoroughly. Thank you so much.
I should have a dug a little further on this providers reviews before selecting them as a PCP. This provider presented as being quite arrogant honestly within a few minutes into the initial appointment. Seemed to be questioning the medication a different Kaiser provider had prescribed me. Please read the reviews! This lady is horrible! I second the other comments word for word. Literally started to argue with me right away about my care and told me that maybe I should find a different provider out of network. She stated that the pharmacy isn’t allowed to tell me how to take medication. She is the doctor and she makes the decisions. Horrible MD. After asking for a note to excuse work absence for having bronchitis I proceeded to be yelled at and told I’m unfit to diagnose my illness. This doctor has a God complex. Very arrogant and demeaning. She yelled at us on the phone saying “ why don’t you write a note for yourself then”. It’s not uncommon for someone to self diagnose to manage their symptoms at home and then proceed to have a formal diagnosis by a medical professional.
