Stephanie helped me find a rental while I was living in South Dakota but moving to Arizona. She made time for my phone calls and viewed properties for me to ensure the pictures matched the properties current condition (which many did not!). Buying a home from out of state, is intimidating. But, Stephanie made it so easy. She was on top of things before we even asked. We visited Arizona and Stephanie had several showings set up. A Real Estate Agent from Rapid City, SD recommended Stephanie to us. Stephanie listened to what we were looking for. She lined up about 20 viewings for us over a weekend as my daughter and I had flown to AZ. As we were going thru the houses, Stephanie would point out the good and the bad in each house.
