I have had nothing but the best service and experience with Dr DeNaeyer. The entire office is professional and very welcoming. The best part is that she takes walk-ins! I highly recommend!
I'm giving 1 star for poor customer service. Not knowing Stephanie was part of New Directions, I accidentally called their office twice to find out what their rates are, and if they have a monthly payment option, versus paying at every office visit. The first time I called, the woman I spoke with seemed really sweet and friendly. The second time, the woman I spoke with was rude and short with me, to the point of hanging up on me as I was mid-question.
